At Mahoor Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
